For medical specialists

Marketing that protects your registration and brings in the right patients.

A senior, part-time marketing lead for specialist practices. I plan and check everything, your team publishes it, and your website starts doing its job.

Privacy policy rules change on 10 December 2026

From 10 December, practices that use tools such as AI scribes, online triage or automated booking need to explain them in their privacy policy. Health practices are covered by the Privacy Act whatever their size, and many specialist websites still collect patient details through forms with no privacy policy at all.

Toni Morrow, Whitehorse Labs

Built inside medical devices, pharma and health tech

  • 13 years in medical devices, pharma and medical research tech, including AI and real-world data, across sales, marketing, TGA and product commercialisation.

  • Five therapy areas: respiratory, gastroenterology, renal, pain management and cosmetic.

  • MTAA Advertising Medical Products certified, with a clinical background in the Queensland Ambulance Service.

  • I see both sides. I run a patient information platform for a genetic connective tissue disorder I live with.

What I look at on a practice website

Most of the gaps I find are small. They're also the first things a regulator, or a careful patient, notices.

Privacy policy

Present, current, and covering health information, forms and tracking.

Collection notices

A short notice wherever a form collects patient details.

Tracking pixels

Meta and Google tags on pages where patients describe their health.

Ahpra advertising

Testimonials, before and after images, titles and claims.

TGA rules

Prescription medicine names and wording on injectables pages.

Cosmetic surgery requirements

Registration details, GP referral and cooling-off information.

Conversion

A clear call to action, an easy booking path and a site that works on a phone.

Accessibility

Contrast, headings, form labels and image descriptions.
